My Priv just did a major update this morning (Rogers Canada) and when I check the OS version it says 6.0.1 which is Marshmallow. I would have assumed it should have been moved up to 7.x Nougat.. Did Blackberry just revert my OS to an earlier version?

You know what you get for assuming....

How big of a download was it? What Security Patch are you now on?

Why do you think they reverted you to an earlier version..... 6.0.1 is what the latest has been.

The version as of this morning is now 6.0.1 which is actually what I thought I already had. The update was almost 2 gb. The security patch shows as being April 1, 2017.
I know the assuming issue... I "assumed" it was 7.x as I was expecting the 7.x upgrade from some of the Crackberry forum threads. I am pretty sure I was on 6 as this Priv was replaced due to a hardware issue and I had the most recent OS runnning
