I use Print to Go all the time but it has suddenly stopped working. I have a Q10 and my computer runs on Windows 7. The error message I get is "An error occurred. Log in using BlackBerry ID and restart your device". I have tried that to no avail. Down below, I get "Driver version 2.0.110.0 (Error code 500)". Can you help me please?

I am pretty sure the PTG is no longer available there for no more updated drivers. I also believe I read somewhere Win7 didn't play well w/ Link and blend update.

May I ask why you don't just connect to your PC via wifi and access the file via file manager? Then you can copy & paste to your device or media card. I realize this isn't nearly as fast as PTG but it is at least an option.

Print To Go is effectively a free PDF generator that many people like having: the fact that it pushes the file to your BlackBerry device is nice too but a free PDF generator is great to have (PDF Generator is an open source / freeware alternative that isn't as lean as PtG. I believe the problem is related to Windows security and IP packet management, but it is all very mysterious.

The problems with Print to Go seem like a perfect thing for CrackBerry management to reach out to BlackBerry and get some answers for.

I use to use it all the time. Then not so much. Once I realized I didn't have it I tried installing on my new work PC. It didn't work the first time and I didn't have time to troubleshoot.
