Had my PPSE since last July and haven't had a single problem whatsoever until today. From one second to the next I saw I had no reception, so I rebooted, took out and replaced my Sim card and have repeated several times in the last few hours and still nothing. I then put my Sim in my old AT&T PP and it works fine. Any suggestions on any way to determine if the Sim tray is defective or if it's something else?

Even though your card works in another device, I'd see about getting a new sim card from att. Usually no charge so worth a try. Beyond that it could be tray or motherboard contacts I would guess.

1st step would be to examine the SIM tray and see if the pins a misaligned or something. Had you recently removed the card?

Have seen a number of people with this issue, and they end up reloading the OS.
