In the PP, if you press the space bar while in the browser, it scrolls down the page. Is there a shortcut to scroll up the page? I see in a classic you press "shift + space bar", but that isn't an option in the PP.

No, there isn't a shortcut to go up one screen on the page for a Passport. (There is "T" to go to the top of the page, and "B" to go to the bottom.)
