U could upload all ur data to a cloud service like box, OneDrive or dropbox and then download it onto ur new Q5.
What kind of data are we talking?

and also what doesn't go to the cloud you can put on an sd card and just move the card to the new phone

If you have an backup of your previous BlackBerry q5 then just simply go to new q5 open BlackBerry protect, enter your old device pin and restore backup. It's easy.

Blackberry protect on BB10 phones doesn't back up anything like on BBOS versions.
