My Blackberry Q5 is running the latest OS ( Due to a problem with the volume key (not working at all), I was wondering if it was possible to reprogram the keyboard in order to assign functions to certain keys.
    Thank you for your help!

This seems to work from the music player, at least on Q10

    1. Play a song.

    2. Then, from the Now Playing screen, swipe down on the album artwork space:

An on-screen volume control should pop up:

Slide this volume control to increase or decrease volume.
