Hi,
My Blackberry Q5 is running the latest OS (10.3.1.1779). Due to a problem with the volume key (not working at all), I was wondering if it was possible to reprogram the keyboard in order to assign functions to certain keys.

I did that already, I was just wondering if I could do it my way.
I don't think so but you can use the on screen menus

This seems to work from the music player, at least on Q10 10.2.1.3442:
1. Play a song.
2. Then, from the Now Playing screen, swipe down on the album artwork space:

An on-screen volume control should pop up:

Slide this volume control to increase or decrease volume.
