My ISP is blocking access to blackberry.com, so I can't use any Wi-Fi network now, because OS try to request that site (which is blocked).

Is there any workaround for that (other then set up VPN on not mine routers)? For example, intercept request to that site and simulate "Ok" reply? Or redirect it to "localhost"? Or replace "blackberry.com" to another site (well, it is nearly impossible since my device is not rooted; but maybe?...)?

Is it just your ISP or your whole country?

Sounds like Russia. You might be better off asking the folks at https://blackberries.ru/ / https://vk.com/blackberry_rus

Thanks, I'll try. So, nothing can be done with the device itself, correct?
