Is it possible that the BB9900 is no longer internet supported ?
A while ago my BB9900 OS 7.1 Bundle 2807 stopped working on some secure (HTTPS) sites, so to circumvent I installed OPERA browser.
About 2 weeks ago I had no access to the internet with either browser.
I have done everything I can think of including following advice from many forum suggestions (including Battery & SIM out, leave and then re-boot, wiping, etc). I spent lots of time with Rogers but to no avail.
I tried a my SIM card in another BB9900 ...no change. I tried a new SIM card in my phone as well as 3 other BB9900 s......no change.
So now I am wondering whether all BB9900 have stopped having access to the internet, in spite of the fact that I cannot find that stated anywhere.

Go to options > device > advanced system settings > host routing table. Press the BlackBerry button and select "Register Now."
I think that should work, but I've never had BIS.
As for the general question, the internet on my Bold 9900 is working fine. Well, you know ... as fine as it ever works.
