Hello all. I'm a blackberry collector and also fix broken phones in my spare time and resell them on ebay. Recently I bought this Blackberry 6710,boxed,with chargers, cradle, belt clip. It was listed as faulty. Turns out the fault was with the charging port.I managed to fix it.The phone is working now with no problems.I noticed a sticker on the back of the phone saying PROPERTY OF RESEARCH IN MOTION LIMITED.ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. EVALUATION UNIT.NOT FOR SALE OR LEASE. I googled it and turns out these units were for reviewers only, before the device was officially released and people were saying that one in posession of such unit should contact RIM in case they want it back, and you might even get a reward. Any of you dealt with something like this before? What do I do? The item was listed as Faulty so the seller gave no warranty over it.However the unit seems to be working fine and i can make phone calls.

Considering how old it is, chuck it.
