Welcome to Crackberry. Well, if I was to guess what the issue was...you probably don't have enough storage space available to install that app. If I were you I would delete files or apps and try again.

Or....maybe, just maybe.....he doesn't have enough storage space available to install that app. If I was him I would delete files or apps and try again.

I am having the same problem. I have uninstalled almost every app, have 10GB free (of 16GB) and it's still complaining that there isn't enough space to install. It doesn't matter how much space the app wants, it just refuses. I read that 360 Security could be causing the problem, so I uninstalled that, but it didn't fix the problem, but now it won't reinstall - so that I could try to 'clean up' to see if there were any orphaned files laying around. Anyone know how to fix this problem?

Delete your apps from app manager and hard boot your device

    Is that a Q5?

Used to happen to me, now I use cloud more.

Delete apps and files from device memory. The only time my device said 'no memory' when it did was in OTA update as the installation size was bigger than the update itself (who does that anyway? That's mean)
