Delete PicsArt and start again. Are your photos stored on your SD card or device memory?

Phone Storage. buh I've reinstalled PicsArt over and over again. are you using the application smoothly?

Can you access the pictures from other apps ok? What if you tried moving your pictures to sd card and tried accessing them?
