    Yes, this part is normal and what should happen as the autoloader runs but the rest is NOT normal. The light should remain green as the % complete increases until 100% which is, apparently, not happening. You could try re-loading through Sachesi (search here for download link) but I doubt that would work either.

    make sure you get the Windows version and run it with your Z10 plugged into your PC. It will ask for your device ID. For more info on how to use Sachesi check these forums on CB.

    Yeah the only problem was in the cable though it was the BB genuine cable and i only use that cable for everything but it really works just by changing the cable .... thumbs up #BigBadWulf

    After continuous effort of 18+ hours . I tried each and everything from sachesi to autoloader to BB link to J commander and many more but where was the problem ...

    It was in the Cable ... -_-

    Ahhh , the reason for what i did this all this heck !! is still there .. Even i completely wipe it and take all such pain ... At first i make security wipe it and also reload the software from BB link but the problem didn't gone away so i thought i must do SIC wipe so it will go away but it is still there even after complete clean install... Please can you guide me on this ..

    Can you copy and paste a number? Can you call from the contacts app?

    no i cannot , i cannot receive calls , i cannot make calls ..

    one thing in hardware that my headphone jack became shot when i attached the my amp with my BB .. that isn't it a software problem of numbers and calls?

    Have you confirmed your SIM card works?

    yeah sim card is ok ... This is the issue of the phone not sim card this is 100% confirmed .
    You can see the problem in the video , it is just related to the phone but i dnt know either with hardware or software ...

    Should not need a SIM to dial those numbers though. The numbers he punches in should show up at the top "Enter Number".

    BBVE has no test to show for fried hardware. I am at a loss for anything else. It definitely seems to be a hardware problem.
