Hi guys I really need some help, ok so there's an update, leaked update which I downloaded last night, I updated my os from 10.2.1.2997 to 10.2.1.3247 STL100-1and so I'm trying to update my BBM with the latest version which includes the wallpaper on BBM chat but this it what happens after downloading, error installing application,

Try the following with BBM (instead of Maps):

It's not always necessary to un-install a core app to get it to re-install and work right.

BlackBerry maps had become very glitchy and almost unusable after a recent update. To fix it I:

*put the browser in desktop mode

*logged into BlackBerry World via the browser

*made sure the device was my Z30

*searched for BlackBerry maps

*clicked the download button

*let the phone download and re-install the app

That fixed my apps glitchiness.
