    My phone keeps ringing even if it's on silent or vibrate mode. OS version 10.3.1.1565. Is there any solution? Should I try auto load with sachesi for a better version ?

    Try a reset first by holding down the up and down volume buttons until the device restarts.
    If that doesn't work, you may need to reload your OS in Link and probably not restore device settings.
