    Gurus,
    I got problem. It is my bad not to use sound for game for long time (turn off at app level - those electronic music degraded my reflex usually). Currently, the playbook no longer have any sound. doesn't matter if I go to music, or game, or voice... it just no sound. I have reset the unit, still no luck. I am on OS 2.1.0.1917. Anything I can do to get the audio back? (not dropped or other physical damage as far as I am aware of). Many thanks for all your help.

    Dumb question but have you made sure that the sound level is max, and that you don't have a specific profile or setting that has disabled the sound? Have you tried with headphones?

    ha, I plug in and out of the headphone, it works! Many thanks!!!

    Glad to hear it. I bet there was a setting somewhere to play sound through external headphones only. In any event, enjoy your Playbook. By the way, I think the speakers on the PB are outstanding.
