I cant get my wife's BB9700 or my Z10 to link up with our Playbook. It does the bridge but than it says it can't find either of our phones. we always do the updates on our phones, is it possible that our Playbook can't identify them anymore?

if nothing works after rebooting, then try to run an autoloader on your playbook or wipe the playbook using guides already available (do a search)
Also, do you have the box ticked in bluetooth where it says something like "enable other devices to detect this device"? If not, check that. Do any other bluetooth devices have problem connecting to playbook (ex. bluetooth speakers)?
