Pictures, video, and multimedia icons are gone, please help!

I wiped my phone but the phone went dead then when I got it on again it said error www.bberror 100-15 so I downloaded the new os 10.3.156 and installed it via pc but now all my multimedia icons are missing cant access my pictures media files or even upload a file as it says target not found

The icons should be on a new install for sure. Have you been able to sort this out? you are going to need to do a reload if you can't find the icons.

You've downloaded a Dev OS. It has several core apps missing.

Download 10.3.1.2267 which is the latest OS.
