    I can't seem to navigate by swiping with the physical keyboard from the homepage to the apps, which I could before. Any help?

    But I recognized this only happens after opening/closing a non-native App. Is there somehow a connection?

    I have never used any non native apps on my Passport . Sometimes it has happened on my device but after restarting the device the matter gets resolved . This is a bug and may be we shall have the solution in the next update from Blackberry.
