Phone freezes in phone app.

When I make calls can't end it as it freezes, sometimes can't answer calls because app freezes. Happens when I reboot phone.

You're supposed to give it a booting time..
When you reboot.. give it time to index the numbers and get its processes in place...
if you call as soon as you reboot.. it hasn't indexed what to do with the end call button (I guess)
in a nutshell...
be patient and let the thing do its thing.
you don't start lifting boxes as soon as you wake up, do you?
