I am using bb passport 10.3.3. I was checking device monitor. It taking more time than usual. Then I checked hub. It showing black screen so I tried to restart phone. While restarting bb logo shown and it got freeze there. connected to charger, it responded by screen light but still bb logo showing. I kept not using/checking for 10 min and later I pressed vol up and down key combination for some seconds. It got solved but I scare it may happen again. So is there any Permanent solution. Is there any way to avoid the error

Sometimes you just need to power cycle electronic devices - and that's what you did with the two volume buttons.

If it continues to happen, you may have an issue, but I wouldn't worry about it this time.

You should always make sure all of your data is safe in the cloud, so losing or breaking a device is only a small annoyance.
