    Today I noticed that the phone is not turning off even at 0% battery.
    I used it about 2 hours at 0% battery....why it not turn off at 0%....what is problem in this.

    Obviously some sort of a software or battery memory error. May want to start by rebooting device, fully charge it and if necessary reload the OS.

    That's cool. You should see if it will reverse feed your electrical system in your house. Maybe it's part of BlackBerry's plan for solving the energy crisis.
