Hello,

The Personal Word list that is supposed to 'learn" words that I type often is not doing it's job.

Why is this?

For example. I type "post-collision anxiety screen" about 10 times a day. When I had my PRIV, it learned those words as well as many others. So much so that I could type an entire paragraph using learned words versus typing out each letter. I simply would press the suggested words above the home button.

It seems that my KeyONE is not learning from what I type.

I could really use this awesome tool (again). How do I activate it? Get it back?

I tried searching in online blogs, but nothing seems to work.
