Personal locker from App world was uninstalled, now lost all images that was in this app

I downloaded personal locker form blackberry app world, I uninstalled it and forgot to decrypt the images that was saved in the personal locker. I reinstalled it but now all my images are gone. How can I retrieve the images? When I go into all files onto hidden images it shows the image is there but it says unable to open file but when I say view slide show it shows images.

Do not start more than one thread about your problem.

It's encrypted and you would need to contact the dev regarding this

Lol... you must use app "playcloud". You dont lost all information when delete app.
Now, you try install old app.
