    I downloaded a file that is empty and I am trying to delete it from my device downloads but it says permission denied. Anyone have any idea how to remove this file from blackberry z10?

    Try connecting the phone to your PC via USB. When the media volumes mount, try deleting it via windows explorer from the file folder the app is sitting in.

    Try Root Browser(Install it from snap or another android store). It helped me removing an unwanted folder and some files.
