Hi, I just got my phone back as the screen had to be replaced. I put all of my files and apps back on and then updated the software one day ago. When I get or make a call the people on the other side cannot hear me. If I use my speaker phone they can hear me fine. I've done the checks pressed all of the buttons but nothing. Help please fellow BlackBerry warriors. Thanks

I have the same issue. Only works with speaker or headphones. Let me know if you get this issue fixed.

First thing I would be doing is getting in touch with whomever repaired your phone. They might have inadvertently damaged your microphone. Next thing I would do is check your bluetooth device settings --if you keep it on. It may be consistently connected to some other device in hands off mode.
