    Most times they should just download.... or open and you save them. Unless the website your trying to get them from requires some kind of browser plugin that a mobile device doesn't have.

    Based on her other posts, she has a Classic.

    I would recommend that the OP download a PDF viewer to her Classic, so that she can open the file she wants to download.
