    Just as of today my PC won't recognize my Q5 via Blackberry Link or Blend. My laptop does recognize my device via Link and Blend. Nothing has changed on my PC since yesterday when it did recognize my device. Laptop runs Windows 8; PC runs WIndows 7. Any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    That would occasionally happen with the Z10/Z30. Generally, I would reboot/restart both the computer and the phone. Sometimes more than once. Link could be obstinate
