Please remove the image link, as it is showing half of your PayPal login info.
Someone can use that info to try to steal your PayPal account.
Using your BlackBerry Z30's default Browser which is not in Desktop Mode in the browser's Settings/Developer Tools (Turn Off Desktop Mode if ON), follow this link:
https://appworld.blackberry.com/webs...ntent/59992049
and install the Payment Options app update from there.
See if that fixes the issue.
NOTE: If you try visiting that link with a computer, a third party web browser on your Z30, or if the Z30's browser is in Desktop Mode, it may not pre-load the correct link to the update in question.
See CrackBerry's article and/or the BlackBerry KB info on the issue here:
Unable to add a PayPal account within BlackBerry World? There's a fix for that | CrackBerry.com
Unable to add PayPal account within BlackBerry World on a BlackBerry 10 smartphone
Thank you.

Still not working.

Were you able to install the update?
Try restarting the device and trying again to add the payment info.
If it is still not working after above, make sure you have a good data connection on either your cell or WiFi network and that you are current connected to BlackBerry Services.
To tell if you are connected to BlackBerry Services, you should see the BlackBerry Spots icon, like your avatar picture, next to the signal bars.
If the spots are there, you are connected.
If not, then:
- Settings/About/Select Network from the Category drop down.
- Tap the three dots in lower right
- Tap Register BlackBerry
I update payments application and network is registered also. I tried reboot device but still not sure :(

I'm at a loss then :(
Maybe someone else how has had a similar issue can chime in.
Yeah. And there is no blackberry care Center in my city that's my main problem.

I've got the same problem and have tried all of the above including pressing "save" "in excess of ten times" as is suggested in the BlackBerry KB article.

Just an observation: I didn't have this issue until upgrading to 10.3.3 though it sounds like others have had the problem prior to that rollout

Have you found any solution to this? I can't even add a credit card as a payment option.
