    The other day I got a notice that my memory was full and a suggestion to delete some programs.

    I inadvertently delete my password keeper.

    Can someone tell me where the rout file would be located so I can try to recover the data.

    Additionally is there a way to pull the specific file out of a back up? Without having to do a full reinstall?

    I think they are gone.
    Installing the Backup will restore the app if the backup was done before the deletion, add if you had the App Data checked......
    It's the easiest way...
