    I had to "factory reset" my PRIV and now all my Password Keeper data seems to have disappeared. When trying to restore, the file has no data.

    Did you forget to export the data to a cloud source or your SD card?

    I could have goofed here as I assumed it was an automatic part of the app.

    Since a few months ago it is, but only if you had enabled automatic cloud backup.
