    1 attempt. You have used 9 out of 10 attempts.
    Back it up before you do another attempt. If it fails on last attempt restore your backup and try again.

    How do you propose to back it up? You'd need to be logged in before you can export the database. Or can it be done via other means?

    My experience is mainly with BB10. Password Keeper could be backed up and restored with BlackBerry link.
    Not sure if anything like that exists for Android.
