Hi guys ... When I try to unlock my bby as usual, same password I've had for a while, it does not allow me to enter the first character as a capital letter - any idea what's going on there?

Haven't used a legacy device in ages. It's in the settings, there should be an About or something.

Or you could type in "myver" and then hit the space bar.

Thanks I can't get beyond the pwd screen to get to the settings ... Tried typing myver then a space ... But afraid the space bar doesn't want to work either

Oh right. I forgot the issue was being unable to get in through the phone.

Anyway, the spacebar doesn't work either? Do you think it could be a keyboard problem? May want to have that checked.

Yeah it's real odd, the letter keys all want to work it's just alt, space and shift that are not cooperating today

Can you get capital letters by doing a long press on the keyboard for your first letter? That always gave me capitals on legacy and BlackBerry 10 devices.
