- Password being used is valid. First happened after retrieving phone from holster, showing message of "invalid password;"
- Entry of correct password (2nd attempt) also indicated as "invalid."
- Entered "blackberry" as prompted, but letters were all caps; re-entered after changing to lower case letters;
- 3rd attempt password showed as letters in password box, instead of asterisks:
- 4th attempt entered actual password number, also invalid.
- At my last option...

My carrier is Verizon. I do not know the OS the phone uses.

I'd do a hard reboot and then try your last go...
