Hi,
I'm logged in now and have saved the password (on laptop chrome) and I'm 99.9% sure of the right password, but when I try to log in to the crackberry mobile app the message says I've got the wrong password.
It doesn't give me the option "forgotten your password".

So, how do I do it? or is something else going on with different browsers.
I'd just like to find out if I remember the password correctly or ...

if chrome remebers your password there is a way to go look at what it is...

click the 3 dots up in the top right corner (by the X to close the browser)
then go to settings
then click on advanced settings then scroll down till you find passwords and forms
click manage passwords and look for the crackberry site.


if that doesnt work, the only way would be forgot password which you can log out of the crackberry site and click log in and find the i forgot password via chrome

Thanks for the tip!!I found all the sites with passwords, but Crackberry doesn't appear!

Solved. My password was right.
On the CB app on my mobile I had to use my username NOT my email address, while on my laptop my email address works fine.
So, I'm in on my mobile. Phew
