    I am about a week into my transition from Q10 to Passport. For the most part it has been smooth albeit with its share of quirks and ATT hangups... but it seems like the last thing I cannot make happen is for my fb contacts to sync into my regular contacts... help!! What stupid obvious thing am I somehow missing??

    Check settings accounts. Go to facebook and ensure sync contacts is turned on.

    Also check your permissions on facebook from a computer to ensure your passport has permission.

    Hmmm from your screen shot I don't see an option to sync contacts. Maybe try deleteting your facebook account from settings> accounts. Then reboot and try to re add the account.

    Did the delete / restart / reinstall account, waited patiently, nothing happened.... any other ideas?

    Hmmm I don't know. Check settings> security and privacy> application permissions. And check facebook for anything wonky.

    Also from contacts app swipe down and try refresh. See if anything happens then.

    That's all I can think of sorry.

    I have the same problem.. tried already deleting and reinstalling but still have no facebook contacts.

    I have to say, after having figured out every other transition problem on my own, this is super frustrating. There is no manual way to force the import of facebook contacts?? Who's making these phones, Apple? Damn.

    If you have done everything possible. Make 2 or 3 backups of your data (too many is not possible), wipe device, setup Facebook, check if contacts sync. Then go ahead and setup your email accounts and confirm the contacts are all there. If the FB app did not sync for either of these options, restore your backup and contact BlackBerry directly for assistance with the FaceBook application.
