In Passport, why is it when I go to compose an email two contacts appear under the to row (and above the cc row)?

any ideas why this is happening and how to get rid of them please?

think these are the most used contacts

As I know only on 10.3.1 you can control this list, so it's coming soon
At list I saw this option on the leak 10.3.1 1016
