My Passport was replaced last year under warranty and last week after not charging it for 4 days it is totally dead. I left it charging overnight but it remained dead. The local Axiom repair centre couldn't revive it.. What are my options as I need some files off it? thnx

If it won't charge... none if you need to get files off of it. It's effectively dead and unless you backed up that important data or it was stored using services that would have backed it up, it's gone.

Only replaceable components are the Battery, Charger and Cable.... Would assume a repair center checked those. USB port in on the board and difficult to impossible to replace... if you replace the whole board, you'd loose your files as the drive is on it too.

There just are no good options open to you....
