Hi I have a strange issue on my device. The ringtones and all notifications have become silent although the device is in normal mode . Upon restarting and hard reset of the device everything becomes normal but after few hours again the device goes silent.
I shall be thankful if somebody can provide their expert advise.

Below is the screen shot. All notifications are normal but phone remains silent. Only upon reset it becomes normal for few hours :

Go to BlackBerry.com and install latest BlackBerry link s/w on your pc.
Make sure BlackBerry link should be latest one, don't use any other version.
Install BlackBerry link with all the given 3 options, link, blend and drivers.
Then connect your phone to pc
Open BlackBerry link, and find an option to reload your phone s/w.
Give it some time to reload BlackBerry 10 s/w online.
It will definitely resolve your issue.
Reason why you are facing this issue because there is a s/w glitch, and that only can be resolved by reloading s/w.

Thanks for your advise . I reloaded the software using Sachesi . The problem is still persisting . I have two Passports . The other device has no issues at all .
