    Does it happen every time? If it happened only once, that should still be normal. Smartphones are still computers, and sometimes, computers does that.

    Is the second or the third time that hapend. One time I recived a call and the phone frozeen... I have to forc reset to start my phone...
    Is there any problem in my phone??

    Hmm.. I think your phone is running out of RAM. Do you have a lot of apps installed on your phone? You may want to uninstall some of that. Or you may do a security wipe to start fresh.

    No. I dont have much app installed just 5 or 6... 3 of them android... how can I do the security swip???
