Hi guys! I have a new BlackBerry Passport & of course of I'm very happy about it. My previous phone's the Q10. Sometimes I use the charger of my Passport to charge my Q10 bec I was thinking that the Passport charger charges faster to fill up the its big battery....so it will charge my Q10 faster. Is that right? And is the Passport charger a fast charger? Or just a normal one. Thank you guys!

I dont think this is the original playbook charger. The original one is a folding blade charger. This one came onto the scene a bit later on. I prefer the original one, I have 5 of them

I recieved one with the playbook and bought another one that I left at the office...
I always thought they had the same specs: 2 Amperes... 2000mAh or so...
It is listed as rapid charger and is no more expensive now!

I got it:
Charger of my Curve (similar to this but with a black endpiece) 750mA
Charger of Bold (came with USB cable that can be inserted in a wall endpiece) 850mA
This Charger is has 2A (i.e. OUTPUT 2000mA)
Since the Battery of Q10 is 2100mAh, it is charged in a little bit more than 1hour
So for the passport 3450mAh should be charged in about 1,8 say 2 hours... which is corresponds to my observation.

I see, so I think you are suggesting that I would try to observe my Q10 being charged by its own and with the Passport's charger?

Both chargers are compatible with both devices.
Use the one with the highest OUTPUT in mA (it is written on it)
