    Guys, I just bought a passport and I set up the password and it randomly locks up in a range from every 10 to 15 seconds even if I'm using it! And it only happens when I have the password enabled. Pls help, since I really need to have a password.

    What is your time out set to?
    The range is one minute to 1 hour. Whatever it is set to I would change it and see if it has any effect.

    If that does not work I would do a reboot by holding the volume up/down buttons until it resets.
