    I'm not sure if anyone else has encountered this, but emails on the Passport are coming out garbled (see image attached)
    I haven't found any similar experiences, across the Web. The closest similarities are to people who have not been able to view html email on their device or it just shows as plain text, however these people are normally on ActiveSync accounts, so it doesn't apply here. No ActiveSync or Exchange servers
    Software is up to date. Turning off/on flight mode resolved the problem once.
    Restarting the HUB makes no difference
    I have done a hard reboot on the device, result was the same as restarting/soft reboot.
    Restart or reboot seems to be the only way to correct it.
    But then I open 2 or 3 emails (which were all already read) by the forth it just went all garbled again
    Both email accounts on the device respond the same.
    1 is a Hotmail acc
    Other is an imap acc
    Any ideas or feedback would be great

    Thanks for the reply.

    I would rather try delete and re-add the accounts before doing that though.
    I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced it.
    There must be something that is breaking the html, maybe it takes time to load after a reboot and that's why I can view a few then can't.
    I honestly don't know

    I don't know either but I do recall that it has been reported before on here. It's not very common though.

    It is very odd.
    Yup the only other time, I've seen people say anything is when you are connected to some kind of work ActiveSync/exchange account and they get the issue on the work side not the personal side, I think.

    If the second account was an outlook.com account I would have tried to just remove that first because free outlook.com accounts have ActiveSync, but it's a Hotmail account. And even still it doesn't make sense that it should break emails on a completely separate email account on our domain.
    I may just remove and re-add the accounts and see if that helps.
    If all else fails, my only resort will be to reload, since no one else seems to have any idea.
