You mean your Passport has A.D.D.?
Is the lense clean? Take a careful look. If not: Use a proper lens cleaner - I'm guessing an eyeglass wipe will work....but a professional camera lense cleaner might be better. I understand too much grease in a diet might cause A.D.D. in people too.

Is the lense area cracked (or phone/camera damaged)? or fogged from abuse/water damage....not sure of the solution to that one, other than getting replacement part and/or sending out for repair.

Of course putting your finger in the 4 corner focus area will help it to direct the focus to where you want.

(oh I see this has been asked and answered multiple times for the same user, but the poster did not respond to the solutions provided)
