    My friend bought a passport on line. We wiped the phone loaded the new Os.

    3 keys type a foreign word. We have deleted shortcuts and all it will work for a few hours and return.

    How did you wipe it and load a new OS? Use an autoloader if you haven't. If the issue persists after using an autoloader, get a refund, it's busted.

    Yup used and autoloader and security wipe then it comes back
