    Hello there,
    I have a Passport which is just a couple of weeks old. I noticed today it is heating up a lot on the upper right hand side and where the memory card is. I see no unusual activity and I don't have anything unnecessary installed. The battery also drained about 20% with minimal usage over a few hours this morning.
    I switched from a 32 to a 128gb card which is still relatively empty, but that is about the only change.
    I've done a hard reset too which hasn't helped anything.
    Anyone have similar problems and should I consider the heat normal or not?

    Check your device monitor for any usual app activity be it BB10 or Android.
