Rogers charges $50 I think or you can google unlock code for online service. Not all are reputable so check reviews/feedback before proceeding

Buy it on eBay, is cheap. I've bought like 3 codes for z10 locked to At&t and they worked without problem. The phone needs to be clean

You might be able to take it to your carrier and pay a fee. Or I know some online website that will sell you a code to input into your phone. Never done it however, I just buy my from Shop BlackBerry.
