I use a BlackBerry Z10. Lately it's overheating and the battery drains pretty fast when the data services are switched on. The phone works alright when connected via WiFi. I tried changing the batteries and still the same situation. Guys need your help!!!

You need to reduce the brightness...

Or set dark wallpapers which reduces battery consumption...

I don't think it's the wallpaper and the brightness because the I only noticed the overheating and rapid battery drains when I turn on the sim data. Through WiFi and when the data package is switched off,the devices works perfectly alright.
