    my z10 is over heating.. without using any apps camera or phoning? why this happen?

    there is probably an app running in the background that you don't know about. Have you installed an third party apps recently? Try deleting the last thing you installed and rebooting.

    You can also take out the battery for an hour and put it back in to see if it stops the over heating. but more than likely, the only way to fix the issue is to reinstall your OS and DO NOT RESTORE your backup.
