Hi, I have a key2 and our office just migrated to Microsoft outlook 365. While the emails work just fine we are having difficulty in syncing my contacts. Any help or suggest will be appreciated.

Hi, I have a key2 and our office just migrated to Microsoft outlook 365. While the emails work just fine we are having difficulty in syncing my contacts. Any help or suggest will be appreciated.

Depends on their Admin setup... that it is working with emails is encouraging, usually just adding the account fails if the device doesn't meet their requirements.

I'd delete the account and add the account manually and make sure contacts are set to sync.

But you might need to use the Outlook app as HUB+ isn't up to date and may not be compatible.
